Distributed in: Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Thailand (Oceania and S.E. Asia)

Distribution overview: Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia), Myanmar, Thailand, Viet Nam. Grows in dense evergreen and semi-deciduous forest and in transistional forest between evergreen and open dipterocarp forest. It is recorded up to 800 m altitude.
